Returns for Store Credit Only

We do not offer cash or card refunds. All eligible returns will be issued as store credit only.

Return Guidelines:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Store credit will be issued via email in the form of a gift card or discount code, which never expires.

How to Start a Return:

Please contact us at pennyonthe@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Penny’O is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
